Welcome to Grange Galloise, my family home set within Domaine Gaubert, a working vineyard close to Carcassonne. Enjoy classes, day trips and wellness.

Accommodation, swimming pool, some meals, all classes and day trips included.

Classes are bespoke so may include foam roller, hip openers, Pilates, Yoga, breathwork, footwork, yin yoga and stretching amongst others.

Massage available @ £40 per 30 minutes.

Payment plans can be arranged.

Arrivals.

Transfers from Carcassonne. Class and evening meal.

Day 2

River Swim.

Breakfast, class.

Visit Ribaute for a leisurely swim.

Lezignan Corbieres.

Breakfast.

Experience a traditional French market.
